The exchange did go through in the end, so I can’t complain too much, but it took longer than I was expecting. I had to chase them once, which shouldn’t really be necessary if things are being handled properly. The staff were decent enough when I spoke to them, but I do think customers deserve clearer updates without having to ask

"Loyalty perks are kind of a letdown"
I’ve been shopping with Oxendales.ie for a while now, the loyalty benefits feel pointless. I kept getting emails that made it sound like I’d get decent rewards, but it’s mostly tiny discounts or codes that don’t even work on half the stuff I actually want to buy.
When I contacted customer service, they just told me to check the terms, which was, well, not exactly helpful. It just doesn’t really feel like they care whether you stay a loyal customer or not.

I ordered a few tops and a pair of jeans from Oxendales.ie, and the sizing was mostly spot on for me. I stuck with my usual size, and nearly everything fit the way I expected, which I know is what most of us are hoping for when ordering clothes online.
One of the tops was a little looser than it looked in the photo, but not so much that I felt like sending it back. Delivery was fine as well. I’d order again, and I’d say for other customers it’s still worth checking the size guide first just to be safe

"Delivery took longer than expected"
I waited quite a while for the delivery to arrive, which was a bit frustrating, to be honest. I understand delays can happen, but it still wasn’t a great experience

I really liked the payment choices on Oxendales. I can be a bit useless at sorting things all in one go, so it was handy being able to pay in a way that suited me. The order went through fine and it just made the whole thing feel a lot less stressful.

I ordered a top from Oxendales because it looked lovely in the photos and the description made it sound really nice. When it arrived, though, it was disappointing. The material felt cheap, and the sizing was nowhere near what I expected. I also thought the return process could’ve been explained much more clearly, because it ended up being more hassle than it should have been. Overall, not a great experience, and I don’t think I’d order again...

I had a tiny little order issue that felt like it was about to become a whole saga, so I messaged customer service not expecting anything amazing, honestly. To my surprise, they got back to me really quickly and were actually helpful, which felt like a minor miracle.
They sorted it without making me go through endless back and forth, which I seriously appreciated. It was such a relief dealing with a company that actually replies properly instead of vanishing into the abyss...

I mostly use Oxendales for keeping an eye on my account and making payments. It’s really simple to check my balance and pay online when I need to. I did have a small login issue once, but it got sorted out. It’s not perfect, but overall it works fine for me

"Delivery fee kind of ruins it"
The stuff I ordered was fine, no real complaints there, but the shipping cost felt way too high for what it was. It turned a small cheap order into something that didn’t feel worth it anymore. I also hate dealing with automated systems when you’re trying to check anything or ask a simple question, so that didn’t help. I probably won’t bother ordering small bits again.

I went on the site ready to grab a few things, but almost every size I needed was already gone. It’s frustrating because this isn’t the first time it’s happened. I’ll find something I like, get excited to order it, and then realize there’s barely anything left in stock. Definitely a bit annoying.

I ordered a few bits from Oxendales.ie it was fine but nothing special. The website felt a bit slow to use, and delivery took longer than I expected. One of the items also didn’t look quite like the photo, which was a little disappointing. It wasn’t a terrible experience by any means, but I’d probably look around elsewhere before ordering again.

I ordered a top and trousers from Oxendales i was disappointed. Both items just felt cheap, which confused me a bit considering the price?? The stitching was already loose, and after one wash the fabric started going bobbly. The sizing also felt a bit off, so overall it just wasn’t what I expected. I don’t think I’ll be ordering clothes from them again

I ordered from oxendales.ie the tracking was great. I got the email updates along the way and could check where my parcel was without needing to contact anyone or wonder what was going on.
It turned up on the day they said it would, which made the whole thing stress-free. Nice and straightforward experience overall, and I’d happily order again.
